Frequently Asked Questions

Hume Lake is in Central California within the Sequoia National Forest. As a part of Fresno County, it is just 1.5 hours outside the city of Fresno.

If for any reason Hume Lake cancels camp this year, you will be fully refunded. We ask for your patience as we will work to finalize those refunds by the end of August 2022.

You can still register, you will just be added to our waitlist. If a spot opens up, we will contact you.

Refunds are dependent upon filling your campers spot. If we can fill that open spot with another student, we will refund you the camp registration fee aside from $20 for our cancellation fee. Refunds will not be processed until August. In the case that your camper tests positive for COVID-19 before camp, you will be fully refunded.

We understand that the cost of camp can be expensive and we want to help. You can apply for our Campership, where we award scholarships to students in need. You can click HERE to apply.

You are allowed to come late to, or leave early from camp if you clear it with someone from our Family Ministries team. Please note: The price of camp will not change if you plan on leaving early or arriving late.

If you are coming up late to camp, you are required to check-in at the Welcome Center and pay to get your mandatory Health Screen.

If you are leaving early from camp, you are required to check-out with their counselor. We will give you more details on this process if this is applicable to you.

We will be sending a Cabin Buddy Request Form to everyone who is paid in full for camp on June 13, 2022. This means that if you have a remaining balance, you will not receive this form until it is paid. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but can only guarantee your camper will be with 1 friend requested.

We would love to hear from you. E-mail our team and a member of our staff will get back to you.
