Middle and High School students are curious about faith and eager to discover how a relationship with Jesus could change their lives, their schools, and our city. Our time together includes a live band, practical teaching and a time of guided group discussion.
SUMMER CAMP @ HUME LAKE
THE BEST WEEK OF THE YEAR!
Every summer students 6th-12th head up to the Sequoia National Park for the best week of the year. At Hume Lake, students grow closer in their friendships, have an insane week playing outdoors and learn more about who God is. This is not a week you want to miss!
Journey Student Ministries (JSM) will meet online until further notice.
JOIN A GROUP
We believe the best way for students to feel connected and find a place to belong is by joining a life group of students of the same grade and gender which meet on a weekly basis. Once you sign up, you will be contacted by a life group leader for more information.
Doors open 30 minutes before the service starts. This gives students an opportunity to connect with friends and leaders, usually over a snack or a game, then the program begins. Every gathering typically includes singing and a message — think Sunday but louder and with more energy.
Each student service gathering is lead by team of skilled communicators. Each week your student will clearly hear what it means to integrate faith into their life. Nick Williamson and Ashley Diehl typically prepare middle school and high school ministry messages.
The only adults allowed to attend student gatherings are volunteers who have completed an approved background check on file with Journey of Faith. We welcome parents to serve as volunteers if you are interested in sharing the experience with your student. As safety is our priority, let us know you want to serve, simply fill out this form to get started.
