Why do we keep pushing ourselves past our limits when God designed us to live with rhythms of rest? In a culture that never slows down, it is easy to treat exhaustion as normal, even spiritual, without realizing how much it pulls us away from the life God wants for us. We will look at how Jesus lived with rest, how he invites us into it, and how that kind of rest can renew us and bless the people around us.
